Jeff LeBlanc has been a life long resident of Riverview, NB, currently residing in Lower Coverdale with his wife and two children. Jeff has been involved in home related industries since 2006, first as a Realtor followed by founding and operating Cottage to Castle Home Inspections from 2014-2022 as a Certified Master Inspector. Jeff was introduced to the harmful effects of Radon in 2015 while attending inspector conferences in the United States. Once he realized that his home province (NB) has the highest Radon levels in the country, he decided to get certified, first in Radon measurement through the NRPP(USA) and then the CNRPP(CAN). Jeff became a Certified Mitigation Professional with C-NRPP in 2016, he has been a Board member of the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (CARST) for the last 5 years, where he currently sits as Vice President and is involved in the real estate and conference committees. Jeff has attended the CARST annual conferences since 2016 and is connected with many experienced Radon professionals across the country and into the USA. Jeff has taken multiple advanced Radon courses including a 2023 Optimizing Mitigations & Advanced Diagnostics Workshop by Kansas State University. Jeff has been a presenter and educator on all things Radon to multiple service groups including Realtors, Property Managers and Radon Professionals. Jeff and his team are proud to be able to protect their clients and their families from the harmful effects of high levels of Radon exposure (Lung Cancer).
